Real estate. Apartment prices are falling… In some cities!

Commercial offers from certain promoters

Added to this downward trend in prices are also offers and commercial discounts from developers, in a context of historic decline in sales.

According to the portal Find-un-logement-neuf.com, they are in fact increasing commercial operations to clear the queues of programs or to boost commercial launches.

Vinci Immobilier, for example, promises an exceptional 6% discount on a wide selection of new homes in France.

Marignan offers up to €60,000 in discounts and free brokerage fees on certain operations.

The developer Cogedim is offering notary fees in certain new programs until the end of October.

At Eiffage Immobilier, the discount goes up to €15,000, with notary fees and additional parking offered.

Nexity is launching a 0% loan of up to €50,000 for first-time buyers. For investors, Bouygues Immobilier offers notary fees and furniture in a managed residence.

“Given the new regulatory requirements as we approach the 2025 threshold of the RE 2020 environmental regulations which will concern the collective more than the individual and with the recovery signals recorded since this summer, we can imagine that the drop in prices will quickly come to an end. So there is a window of opportunity to take advantage of it and it is now,” says Céline Coletto of Find-un-logement-neuf.com.
