According to the American businessman Elon Musk, the Vice President of the European Commission (EC) Věra Jourová is the embodiment of banal bureaucratic evil. This is how Musk expressed himself on the X network. He responded, among other things, to Jourová’s words that he himself cannot distinguish between good and evil and that he is a propagator of evil.

Jourová, who often disagreed with Musk on the functioning of social networks, stated in it that although she had never met the 53-year-old billionaire in person, she would have said that “of all the bosses I have met, he is the only one who he is unable to distinguish between good and evil”. She also expressed her belief that the social network X is now a major center for the spread of anti-Semitism.
Musk bought Twitter in 2022, laid off most of his staff and severely curtailed content moderation, drawing criticism from the European Commission, which says the platform is prone to hateful posts.
This summer, the Commission said that Company X, as Twitter has since been renamed, was in violation of European Union rules on digital content and could face a fine, according to preliminary findings.
Musk is a strong supporter of the Republican candidate for the upcoming US presidential election, Donald Trump. Among other things, he claims to be an absolute supporter of freedom of speech.
