Fraudsters use the Institution’s name to offer loans which ultimately turn out to be a scam
Mexico City.- Infonavit warns the public with the right not to be defrauded as a result of money loans offered online, for which it provides information at Infonavit Service Centers (Cesi).
The organization says that it does not provide cash loans through payment as some online fraudsters promise, who invite the beneficiaries of a Mejoravit Repara or Mejoravit Renueva loan to withdraw through their payroll, in which they will have the right to deposit up to 100 thousand pesos.
This is a fraud, the institute emphasizes in a statement, because Infonavit does not provide cash loans through payment, we do not deposit money into your bank account so that you can your home improve or repair.
In addition, resources for development credits are provided through two cards.
Add to that, to get Mejoravit credit, you must check the balance of your housing sub-account and pre-authorize yourself in the My Infonavit Account portal.
Then, collect the requested documents and take them to the nearest Infonavit Service Center (Cesi) to your home or start your process online, and all the procedures are free and done without intermediaries.
The Mejoravit Repara credit provides between 9,901 pesos and 39,606 pesos, not exceeding 90% of the amount in your Housing Sub-Account, with an annual interest rate of 10% and payable in the 1 to 5 years.
Mejoravit Renueva, provides between 39 thousand 606 pesos and 156 thousand 445 pesos, not exceeding 90% of the amount in your Housing Sub-Account, annual interest rate of 11% and payable over ten years.
To receive any of these credits, the applicant must be a beneficiary with a current employment relationship, the age and term of the credit must not exceed 70 years, and if you are a woman it must not be more than 75 years.
To be registered in Afore and updated biometric records, do not have a current credit with Infonavit, stay in the home where the improvements will be made.
