Another video shock from the United States: in the images shot from the officers’ bodycam shows a black man and deaf repeatedly hit with a taser by the agents of police Of Phoenix. The episode dates back almost two months ago, when the police responded to a call that the man had committed an assault at a convenience store. In the images the officers can be heard shouting “taser, taser” and “put your hands behind your back.” Further on, we hear the man, immobilized, breathing with difficulty while a woman in the distance says “he’s not breathing, he has a disability” and turning to the man she says “I’m here, I’m here, look at me”. The man, Tyron Scott McAlpin, 34, was charged with resisting arrest and aggravated assault. According to the policean officer sustained a hand injury when he struck McAlpin, while McAlpin bit another officer’s hand during the struggle.
