The cause that pitted the two companions against each other was linked tocustody of her daughter. On several occasions, through the social network, the 40-year-old would have published posts with a threatening and defamatory tone towards his ex-partner and the latter’s trusted defender. The two subjected to the illicit actions by the accused would have become prey to anxiety. On several occasions, the 40-year-old from Scafati would have followed his ex-partner to her house to monitor her movements, as well as the defender. The facts date back to 2017 and the conduct appears to have been ongoing. Furthermore, the accused allegedly threatened the woman’s lawyer (defended in the trial by the lawyer) by communicating with several people Stella Criscuolo) even with offenses via social media and Whatsapp.
