The Club World Cup final will be played at MetLife Stadium
The tournament will be held from June 15 to July 13, 2025, and will be the largest global club soccer event ever hosted in the United States.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino announced the 12 venues that will host the 2025 Club World Cup, which will be held entirely in the United States from June 15 to July 13. The final will be at the powerful MetLife Stadium.
The head of the world’s governing body for football announced this at the “Global Citizen Festival”, which takes place in Central Park in New York City. He was accompanied by Hugh Evans, co-founder and CEO of Global Citizen, along with other special guests.
It is an annual music event that brings together artists, activists, world leaders, philanthropists, business executives and fans who have the common mission of combating extreme poverty, a common goal that Global Citizen and FIFA share in their agenda.
The tournament will feature the 32 best clubs in the world (ranking level) and will be the largest soccer event held in the United States and throughout the planet.
Infantino announced the 12 venues that will host the tremendous tournament that will have Boca and River as Argentine representatives. Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), Charlotte (Bank of America Stadium), Cincinnati (TQL Stadium), Los Ángeles (Rose Bowl Stadium), Miami, (Hard Rock Stadium), Nashville (GEODIS Park), New Jersey (MetLife Stadium), Orlando (Camping World Stadium e Inter&Co Stadium), Philadelphia (Lincoln Financial Field), Seattle (Lumen Field) y Washington, D.C. (Audi Field).
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
The first edition will be in the United States. It will start on June 15 and the final will be on July 13. In other words, it will have a duration similar to that of a senior World Cup. The final will be played at MetLife Stadium, in New Jersey, where the Argentine National Team played against Canada in the last Copa América. It has capacity for 82,500 spectators.
At the moment, there are 30 clubs confirmed for the tournament that will be played next summer of 2025, where the last tickets available are the champion of the Copa Libertadores 2024, as well as the ticket given to the host country, who still They do not define who they will give it to:
