The Iskra Academy launched a special training program for football players.
The weak point of Russian professional football remains dribbling – dribbles, feints, maneuvers. For the new generation of football players, these skills may be the key to future victories.
Dribbling is best developed in street football. For example, in panna (a one-on-one game in a cage-arena). That is why in Khabarovsk panna football was included in the official process of training football players this year.
A special program was developed and implemented by the Khabarovsk Iskra Academy. Panna training is included in the preparation of all senior football groups.
Khabarovsk became the first city in the world where regular panna training is included in the official training program! – says Alexey Popov, director of the Iskra Academy. – Previously, our students played street football from time to time, but now they play regularly. After all, Panna gives football players tangible advantages!
Every week, each football group, in addition to basic training, undergoes mandatory panna training. The lesson involves two areas at once: exercises are first practiced on the field and then in the arena cage. This is how young football players gradually develop key skills: dribbling, spatial orientation, ball sense. Now the guys are mastering basic elements: for example, the V-move feint. After which they will move on to more complex exercises.
A professional soccer player was invited to the Academy for training. In the world of street football, Nikita Efremov is known under the pseudonym SAGAMI.
In the future, we plan to form a separate group from students who succeed in panna – for more intense panna training, to create such a community of panners,” says Nikita Efremov.
All Panna Football classes are free of charge. In the future, the Academy plans to involve everyone in panna training! After all, the goal is to make Panna and professional football accessible to everyone in Khabarovsk and the Far East!
