The Medical Salary Target Regulations for the year 2024 were published in the Official Gazette on Tuesday evening, and the regulations will come into force 30 days after publication in the Official Gazette They include a 60% salary increase on the 2008 list, divided by a 20% increase after one month, and a 20% increase after one year, and a 20% increase after two years.
Al-Zoubi said that from 2008 until now, insurance companies have raised fees for subscribers without increasing fees for doctors or hospitals.
Al-Zoubi asked: “Is it reasonable for a consulting doctor to charge a patient 6 dinars?”
Al-Zoubi accused insurance companies of “clearly taking advantage of doctors”, pointing out that the union would implement the cooperative fund system.
Al-Zoubi said: “We will stop treating patients with insurance from insurance companies that refuse to deal with us on the new salary list. “

Al-Zoubi spoke about the Minister of Health presenting the salary list to the Federation of Insurance Companies and Private Insurance Association before sending it to the Official Gazette, while the Federation of Insurance Companies confirmed that the new salary list was not approved.
Al-Zoubi called on all references to pay just what the scout confirms.
“We will not submit to the control of insurance companies on the Doctors Syndicate,” according to Al-Zoubi.
When asked if the patient did not receive an invoice or refused to pay the doctor by card, Al-Zoubi said: “We will hold the doctor responsible.”
The Executive Director of the Federation of Jordanian Insurance Companies, Moayad Al-Kalloub, said on Tuesday that the regulations on medical fees published today in the Official Gazette have not been implemented in agreement with the relevant authorities, stressing that the Federation goes to the judges.
