Tasks
- Responsible for all tasks of company social work (Head Office Graz)
- Responsible for our Team Styria Academy (apprenticeship training)
- Advice and support for our employees and apprentices
- Interface with managers and other departments
- Carrying out social skills training with our apprentices
qualification
- Completed studies in social work
- Experience in youth and adult education
- Very good communication skills
- Flexibility and a high level of social competence
- Working independently and responsibly
- Class B driving license required
