Since the 2024 Forklift Cup season, the best forklift drivers have been competing for the world championship title. The “Forklift World Championship”, held under a new name and look, replaces the German forklift driving championships.
In addition to 20 “Forklift World Championship Qualifiers” taking place nationwide, the “Forklift World Championship Qualifiers” have been expanded since this year, where forklift truck drivers from all over the world can qualify for the “Forklift World Championship Finals” in Aschaffenburg in October. This year there are participants from France, Austria, the Netherlands and China, among others.
At the “Staplercup Finals” on October 25th and 26th, 2024, a field of participants full of national and international greats will compete in the following world championship disciplines:
● Men’s World Championship (replaces the German Men’s Championship)
● Women’s World Championship (replaces the German Women’s Championship)
● Team World Championship (replaces the NationsCup – i.e. the international team competition)
In addition to the World Championships, the “Corporate Cup” – the former corporate team championship – and the “Charity Cup” take place.
The “Forklift Cup Finals” have been held in the arena in Aschaffenburg, the home of forklift racing, since 2021 and are also broadcast worldwide via live stream on YouTube and Sportdeutschland.tv. Further information about the Forklift Cup 2024 is available available via this link.
