Earlier, the Lebanon-based Hezbollah group, which is at war with Israel, said it had launched a “squadron of combat drones” at a military training camp in Binyamina, south of Haifa, in response to Israeli airstrikes in the country.
The attack was in response to Israeli attacks, including an air strike last Thursday, which the Lebanese Ministry of Health said killed at least 22 people in central Beirut.
In its statement, Hezbollah warned Israel that “what it saw today in southern Haifa is nothing compared to what will happen, if Israel decides to continue the attack against our nobles and loving”.
