Bankinter implements Copilot to use generative AI in several areas of the bank

MADRID 14 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Bankinter has decided to implement Copilot, Microsoft’s generative AI, in various areas of the bank with the aim of increasing efficiency in the workplace, as reported in a statement.

This is an initiative in which Copilot for Microsoft 365 integrates advanced artificial intelligence capabilities directly into the daily workflow, through different Microsoft programs.

In this way, this application will allow Bankinter employees to more quickly carry out tasks that require information analysis and data extraction with greater efficiency.

The entity has detailed that this initiative will be applied above all to areas where greater information processing is necessary, such as in retail banking, business banking or in the consumer financing business. Bankinter also sees applications in the legal field and regulatory compliance, as well as in central risk services, data management or customer relationship management.

“Microsoft and Bankinter work together to guarantee that all operations comply with the strictest data protection regulations, ensuring the trust of customers and employees,” underlined the entity led by Gloria Ortiz.
