The national eleven will be landing this Sunday night in Toronto, ready for their final preparations for Tuesday’s friendly against Canada.
Two goals in the second half were the difference and the Panama Senior National Team ended up losing 2-0 against the national team USAin a friendly match played last Saturday, October 12 at the Q2 Stadium, in Austin, Texas.
The goals for the American squad were scored by Yunus Musa at minute 49 and Ricardo Pepi to 94 to seal the first victory of the era Mauricio Pochettino in his debut as coach of the Stars and Stripes team.
For Panama, those led by DT Thomas Christiansen They created multiple scoring chances and even had more shots than the locals, however, the lack of effectiveness in front of the rival goal and the good interventions of the American goalkeeper Matt Turner prevented the Panamanian team from opening the scoring.

In the case of the USA, the Americans will be traveling to Guadalajara to face Mexico, also this Tuesday, October 15, in a friendly duel between the so-called big teams of CONCACAF.
Both teams are preparing for their matches for the quarterfinals of the CONCACAF Nations League, to be played on the FIFA date in November against rivals to be confirmed.

The National Team carried out a recovery day this Sunday in the morning hours at their concentration hotel with the entire group.
Later in the afternoon, the team will be taking a short flight from Austin to Dallas and then traveling to their final destination in Toronto, Canada, where they are expected to arrive around 10:50pm.
For this Monday, the team will be carrying out the official recognition of the BMO Field field, at 7:00 pm, local time.
