All six occupants died when a fire brigade helicopter crashed in southeastern Brazil. The helicopter crashed after helping to search for a crashed single-engine plane in Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais state, according to consistent media reports.

Wreckage found bears witness to tragedy
According to the fire department, the helicopter was found after 12 hours of searching in a steep mountain range in a forested area near the crash site of the single-engine plane. The crew consisted of four firefighters, a nurse and a doctor.
The pilot was killed in the accident of the single-engine plane, which occurred on Friday afternoon, it was said. The cause of the two accidents was not yet known.
