The Ibero-American Theater Festival (FIT) of Cádiz, which celebrates its 39th edition this year, is one of the most relevant performing arts festivals in the State and the most important in Ibero-American performing arts. Its programming annually hosts theater and dance proposals from across the American continent (with special attention to Latin America), Portugal and Spain.
The 2024 edition will be held between October 11 and 19 and its program includes shows by Spanish and Latin American companies. It is organized by the Municipal Cultural Foundation of the City Council of Cádiz and collaborates, among other institutions, with the Provincial Council of Cádiz, the National Institute for Performing Arts and Music (INAEM) and the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions, established as the FIT Board. from Cadiz.
The Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions, as a member of the Board of Trustees, has signed a collaboration agreement with the FIT of Cádiz for the participation of Andalusian companies, as it does in other festivals and markets.
