Senior officers of the Revolutionary Guards and Hezbollah left Tehran and Beirut, Israel’s Channel 13 reported tonight.
According to the report of the television station, these executives have taken refuge in Turkey and Qatar.
Meanwhile, Syrian air defense intercepted “enemy targets” in the country’s headquarters, the official Syrian news agency SANA reported today, with a non-governmental organization reporting explosions in the Homs region following an Israeli strike.
“Our anti-aircraft defense intercepts enemy targets in the airspace of the central region,” SANA reported, without giving further details.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, for its part, spoke of explosions in the Homs region, which were due to an Israeli raid.
