With his recordings, audio and visual, he remains with us forever.” said the announcement of Patricia’s death on her official Facebook page. The last farewell to the talented artist took place on October 7 in the church of St. Spirit in Ostrava-Zábřeh.
This year on the first anniversary of his death Janeček’s a memorial concert took place in the Cathedral of the Divine Savior in Ostrava.

“Now you may be wondering what this has to do with the organ. However, Patricia already supported the arts during her lifetime, supporting the construction of an organ for the church of St. Spirit in Ostrava-Zábřeh and her wish was to support the construction of an organ for the Ostrava Cathedral. Thanks to this wish of hers, a beautiful 52,590 CZK was collected at her memorial benefit concert for the construction of a new organ. Thank you to everyone who came to remember Patricia with us,” the organizer of the Organs for Ostrava event wrote on the social network.
“And we also thank Patricia for the way she delighted her loved ones, known and unknown, with her voice, for her smile and positive attitude in every, even difficult, time. Thank you,” he added.
