“Canvas”… a new way to interact with “GBT Chat”

The American artificial intelligence company OpenAI has launched a new way to interact with the artificial intelligence chat platform GBT Chat with a user interface called “Canvas”.

This interface opens a separate window, next to the normal dialog window, with a workspace for writing texts or programming codes. The user can generate texts or codes on the Canvas interface, and then select the parts that the large language module has changed.

The TechCrunch website, which specializes in technology topics, pointed out that the Canvas interface has been experimentally launched on the GPT Plus chat platform and the online video conferencing application Teams, and will be launched this week for users of the Enterprise and Edu services.

Many AI services companies are moving to provide customized workspaces as a practical way for users to benefit from next-generation AI. The new interface of the GPT chat platform provides features similar to those found in the Artificial Intelligence program, which Anthropic has provided for artificial intelligence technologies since last June.
OpenAP is trying to face the features and benefits offered by competing companies and has introduced many additional features to the paid version of the GBT Chat platform with the aim of customer base use this version to increase.
It should be noted that automated AI chat platforms cannot complete large-scale projects through a single place for users to write orders, while they can provide a good start. But additional new workspaces such as Canvas allow the user to change the output of the chat platform and correct errors, without having to create a completely new part of the project to complete the editing process.

“Just another natural interface to collaborate with GBT Chat,” said Daniel Livni, product manager at OpenAI.
