In Mexico, in 2023, 7,757 deaths from breast cancer will be recorded. The state of Chihuahua ranked seventh in deaths with 327, with 153 deaths occurring in Ciudad Juárez, Health Jurisdiction II reported.
During that same period, nationwide there were 23,600 new cases of this disease, of which 557 were in the state, 153 in Juárez, the health agency detailed.
Currently, the Single Automated System for Epidemiological Surveillance (Suave) has registered 730 new cases of this disease this year in the entity.
Risk factors
