Manal Abu Al-Ela shares how she overcame her disability to become a martial arts trainer. Free al-Marsad newspaper

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Deputy General Director of the International Martial Arts Federation (IWKBF) for the Middle East and Africa, Manal Abu El-Ela, said that she suffered from a “foot club” disability, and how she became a sports trainer.

She said when she appeared on the Al Arabiya channel that she was born with a disability that caused a lot of pain and challenges in her life At the age of three, she had her first foot repair surgery, but it was unsuccessful . which increased her suffering in her youth.

Abu Al-Ela continued that at the age of twenty-seven, she was involved in an accident that broke her leg completely, and her real suffering began with a series of unsuccessful activities.

After that, the Ministry of Health sent her to a special institution in America, where her treatment journey began, but she had to go through several complex operations, between lifting and crushing, until she reached a stage cut a leg and insert it again.

Abu Al-Ela said that although the doctors had lost hope in her ability to move again, Manal wanted to recover for the sake of her son so she stopped taking medicines and started exercising, even though she didn’t know whether it was true or not. She has two options: walk or die.

She said she regained her ability to walk within 8 months, after which she studied sports and obtained 20 certifications in the fields of training, muscle building and nutrition.
