The boyfriend of the president of the Community of Madrid will continue in court against the first vice president and Minister of Finance María Jesús Montero. Sources from Alberto González Amador’s defense confirm to laSexta that the lawsuit will be presented to the Supreme Court against the socialist after she did not appear this Wednesday at the previous conciliation act. González Amador will ask the minister for compensation of 40,000 euros.
The conciliation act called in the Court of First Instance number 49 of Madrid, in which it was offered to reach an agreement to avoid the lawsuit, has been left without effect, since no one has attended on the part of Minister Montero, so that it was now the plaintiff, González Amador, who had to decide whether to continue with the process.
González Amador announced this lawsuit due to the words that Montero spoke in the control session in the Senate on March 12, where he said that the Madrid president could “be living in an apartment that was paid for with fraud.” The first vice president made these statements in reference to journalistic information that advanced the complaint by the Madrid Prosecutor’s Office against Ayuso’s partner for alleged tax fraud exceeding 350,000 euros and that the regional president resided in an apartment worth one million euros. which was paid after the Treasury was investigating his partner.
González Amador’s defense then announced several lawsuits against Montero for interference with honor and for revealing secrets after learning some of his tax information, in addition to another complaint against the Prosecutor’s Office for the note disseminated in which the agreement reached with the Treasury in which recognized the authorship of the commission of two crimes against the Public Treasury for Corporate Tax.
