Hey guys, I have a question for you…
I want to be a fitness influencer but I have a really thin but very defined body from previous martial arts. I am of legal age and am approx. 1.75cm tall and weigh 56kg. My body is basically pure definition but you can tell it’s an athlete’s body, I would say.
To clarify how I came up with the idea in the first place…
I was lovesick. was disappointed due to depression, no friends through relationship etc. I started training hard in the gym out of anger and love to get my former self back. I’ve been training for about 6 months and really do it every day, i.e. 6 times a week coordinated with push/pull/legs, protein and creatine. The only thing I didn’t pay attention to is the food or the calories I need for muscle growth. Until now I haven’t had any money to eat well or have barely eaten anything. But that will change from 2023.
I was extremely motivated and I also shot Instagram motivational reels, the usual… Alpha Rules, Sigma texts, quotes but also a lot of content creators who made gym motivational videos with Zyzz, Marcus Rühl, Heartbreak, Keep Grind, Stay Focus and and and texts/videos. I also found friends again and even the old ones from school at the time – we didn’t see each other for a long time (3 to 6 years) and we chatted and laughed and somehow by chance they also had a good reputation, I’ll say in my city, then parties started new friends and and and. At this point since the relationship breakup, my InstaAcc started to grow, from 45 followers to 600.
To get to the point… I posted a shirtless post for the first time as a result, for example, because a lot of people do that and I got almost 300 likes and a lot of comments like “Model, this six-pack, machine” don’t have to go on now Say detail. People I didn’t even know and friends wrote like “Keep going, keep going, eventually you’ll get there”, and I started posting almost stories every day with friends and the gym or my muscles etc. Then came the 2nd , 3 post and from then on I thought “come on do reels like the other influencers, with texts and videos from the gym while training” but my body has hardly changed. You probably know that Instagram is not real life and I agree with that, because in the photos I look ripped but in videos you can see that I’m thinner than everyone else and I don’t look extremely defined, but like a leek haha..
I posted 1 reel, it got 20k views with 2k likes, that was awesome but I don’t know what more reels will look like, the actual goal is to build muscle, so I have to eat!
Now I don’t know if it makes sense to keep doing reels when you get fat because people want to see toned bodies.
Please tell me your view! Thanks!
