Jerusalem, Sep 23 (EFE).- The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahusaid this Monday that, as promised, Israel is altering the “balance of power” on the northern borderafter a day of intense bombings against Hezbollah and more than 180 dead in Lebanon.
