Digital Marketing Specialist (w/m/d)

As a Digital Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart, you are responsible for implementing (digital) marketing campaigns for various services and solutions. You will take on different tasks:

• Conception and implementation of digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand strengthening, including management of project plans, budgets, and internal stakeholders with intensive use of marketing technologies, internal systems and external platforms.
• End-to-end responsibility for the development and implementation of the campaign strategy, for the realization of the campaign elements and the digital marketing (including paid media and channels, earnings, ownership and co- shared) over the entire life cycle of the enterprise.
• Project management and coordination of the various elements of the marketing programs from the first meeting to the final campaign report
• Ensures seamless workflow for the Digital Channel Team and supports other team members in connecting with each other and across teams
• Close collaboration within/with our technologies and systems to implement, control, automate, enhance or track the success of the above initiatives

Here’s what you’ll take with you – skills that will help you shape the future

• Successfully completed studies in the field of digital media/marketing management, economics with a focus on marketing or business intelligence as well as several years of relevant experience in the context of demand generation marketing campaigns as well as overall campaign planning, preferably -unique in physical. with a B-2-B marketing focus and/or advertising department/Performance Marketing Agency
• Excellent user knowledge of marketing technologies in the areas of search engine optimization, CRM, social media marketing and targeting, email marketing through automation, digital media planning, etc.
• Very high affinity with performance marketing issues and data-driven, KPI-driven work, as well as a feel for trends and developments
• Excellent communication skills in German and English when communicating with different stakeholders
• Highly independent, results-oriented approach and good understanding of teams
