Salmonella risk in foods sold at Coop, Tigros and Bennet

In the section “Safety warnings and recalls of food products by operators” of the Ministry of Health web portal A recall notice has been issued for some bags of Suzi Wan brand nest noodlesproduced by the company Valfleuri SA.

The reason is that salmonella may be in this food. In detail, the provision applies to packages of 250 grams with i lot numbers 406E12VF02, 406E22VF02, 406E32VF02 and 406F32VF02dated 02/09/2027 and 02/10/2027 and sold at Bennet, Tigros and Coop supermarkets.

Salmonella alert also for a batch of dried sausage of the brand “The Baroncino“produced by Salumificio Perugino Il Baroncino Snc. The presence of the bacterium would be “very dangerous for human health”. The recall concerns batch E2with a minimum shelf life of 90 days.

As a warning, the authorities recommend not to eat this food product, for example avoid dangerous side effects, including abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea. To protect your health, it is advisable to carefully follow the instructions related to food warnings, avoiding the intake of the reported products.
