Bad news for fans of the game pizza. A week ago, the restaurant Pizza Italia in the center of the city of Angers (Maine-et-Loire) had to close the doors.
As our colleagues from the newspaper tell The New Republicthe restaurant located on rue de la Parcheminerie was forced to close following a health inspection carried out by the police, the departmental directorate for population protection (DDPP) and the general directorate for competition, consumption and fraud prevention (DGCCRF).
Rat floods on the work surface
During this health inspection that took place last Thursday, it quickly became clear that the restaurant had serious violations of hygiene regulations. And for good reason, from excrement rats they are found in the middle of the work surface on which pizzas and other dishes that the center offers.
The order stating that the building will be closed immediately was posted directly on the window of the pizzeria, thus informing the customers of the situation. According to Ouest France, the owner spoke of “jobs” to his customers, without giving further details.
