Al-Marsad Newspaper: The artist Phaedra described some of the circumstances that contributed to her commitment to prayer 13 years ago, noting the role of dogs in helping her to awaken to do today’s prayer every day.
“Phaedra” said when she appeared on the program “Al-Sittat” on the channel “Al-Nahar” that she was filming a commercial for a large company directed by Sherif Sabry and starring George Kordahi, when she saw a man leaving food to play. pray, and this awakened in her a feeling of peace, and a desire to pray.
Phaedra also spoke about her experience with the street dogs she cares for, noting that one person told her she suffers from “reversal” because of the dogs.
Despite that statement, Phaedra confirmed that those dogs were the reason she woke up to do the night prayer, as they barked under her window at the beginning of the call to prayer, which made her wake up, ablution to do, and to pray, as she expressed her gratitude to the dogs who helped her to pray regularly.
Phaedra said she spends about three hours praising God using a 1,000-bead rosary, as well as listening to Surat Al-Baqarah while drinking coffee.
