After the case with the 14-year-old girl in Glyfada, another serious case of youth violence unfolded in Polichni, Thessaloniki, which led to the arrest of the minor perpetrators and the transfer to the hospital of the minor, injured victims.
Juvenile perpetrators and victims
The minor perpetrators, six of them, 14 and 15 years old, on the evening of 09-22-2024, attacked a 16-year-old and a 14-year-old girl. In particular, one of them hit the young man on the head with a metal pipe, while the others physically assaulted the girl.
They were transported injured
The 16-year-old was taken to the AHEPA hospital, while the girl, who received blows all over her body, was taken to the “Georgios Gennimatas” hospital.
A folding knife was seized
A folding knife was found and confiscated in the possession of one of the perpetrators, while the metal pipe used in the attack was found and confiscated at the scene of the incident.
Those arrested against whom a case file was filed for causing bodily harm to weak persons, will be brought to the criminal prosecution prosecutor of Thessaloniki.
