20 apartments are being built in Fasangartengasse. Completion is planned for early 2026.
A few days ago, the official start of the new construction project of the Raiffeisen Residential ConstructionAs part of the construction of the property at the foot of the Küniglberg, the developer is once again cooperating with the general contractor Leyrer + Graf.
“The residential project in Fasangartengasse fully meets Raiffeisen WohnBau’s high quality standards in terms of design and functionality. We look forward to seeing the result realized soon,” says Raiffeisen WohnBau Managing Director Gerhild Bensch-König.
The project
20 two- to four-room apartments with sizes between approximately 35 and 132 square meters are being built in Vienna-Hietzing. The residential development is located not far from Küniglberg and Schönbrunn Palace Park. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, you can also quickly get to Vienna’s city center.
The equipment
The interior of the residential complex is intended to combine comfort, design and equipment according to sustainable principles. Ecological underfloor heating is intended to ensure pleasant temperatures, while a photovoltaic system on the roof is intended to provide environmentally friendly energy. All apartments have balconies, terraces or their own gardens. The underground car park offers 14 parking spaces with preparation for e-charging stations as well as a bicycle room and a washing area for bicycles.
Completion of the property is planned for early 2026.
