How to collect your Euromillions winnings?
If you have won a EuroMillions prize, you may be wondering how to go about collecting your winnings. It all depends on where you played, i.e. at an FDJ point of sale or online, on the fdj.fr website or the FDJ app.
If you played EuroMillions at a point of sale and the winnings are €30,000 or less, simply go to an FDJ point of sale. For winnings between €30,001 and €499,999, you will need to go to an FDJ payment centre. If you won €500,000 or more, you must contact FDJ customer service to be put in touch with the Winners Relations department.
To collect your winnings after playing online or on the FDJ app, it’s very simple. The amount is automatically added to your account balance. For amounts over 500,000 euros, instructions will be sent by email by FDJ customer service.
