/ world today news/ The Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office begins a rapid investigation of the transaction for the “Royal Stables”, committing to complete it in the shortest possible time.
This happens after the chief prosecutor Tsatsarov sent the report to the SGP to the BSP deputy Zhelio Boychev and the head of the BSP Sofia Kaloyan Pargov regarding the contract regarding the transaction in question.
We remind you that late yesterday the regional governor of Sofia, Veselin Penev – who represented the state in the transaction, resigned, requested by Prime Minister Borisov.
With the transaction in question, the state renounces ownership in favor of the company “Eurotrans Build” EOOD, which pays about BGN 90 per square meter for the appetizing property in the center of Sofia.
Attached to Boychev and Pargov’s report is a report of the Chief Inspectorate to the Ministry of Justice, approved by Prime Minister Borissov, on the results of an inspection in the Sofia Regional Administration. They contain allegations of wrongdoing in connection with the transaction in question.
The supervising prosecutors from the SGP personally demanded from the Sofia District Administration all the documentation regarding the transaction, as well as the internal rules regulating the duties of the officials when concluding such transactions.
