During the morning the sky will be cloudy to partly cloudy, with occasional clearings, and the possibility of showers in areas near the coast and the central-western volcanic belt.
During the afternoon, cloud cover is expected to increase, with showers and some thunderstorms, scattered across the country.
During the night, rainfall could increase in intensity, being more noticeable along the coastal area and parts of the northeast.
The wind will be from the west-southwest all day, at 9 to 18 km/h, and in the coastal area noticeably faster, reaching between 25 and 35 km/h.
Temperatures will be cool in the morning and slightly less warm in the afternoon, due to cloudiness.
These conditions are associated with the entry of abundant humidity from the Pacific, due to the approach of the Intertropical Convergence Zone, due to the influence of Tropical Storm John south of the Mexican coast and potential Tropical Cyclone 9 north of Honduras, which during the day could be reclassified as Tropical Depression 9 or Tropical Storm Helene.
