When the actress Marta Drímal Ondráčková was impressed by the exercises, she started making videos about her experiences on social networks and today she organizes her own lessons. “The problem with Western medicine is that it deals with the consequences, not the causes. “It started for purely egoistic reasons,” Dřimal Ondráčková admits. “At a time when my main role was in acting, I had the opportunity to play in the premiere of the play Czech Interview. The solution to the problem was introduced by a colleague and actress Zdeňka Žadníková, who happened to say that she practices facial yoga. “And so I started with it and after a few weeks I found out that it really works,” said the young woman, adding that she soon began to get more involved in the exercise. .

No plastic, but…

According to the trainer, it is a naive idea to think that only facial exercises will save a person. “If you want to stay in shape, you don’t just do squats or lift weights either. You need to stretch, you should go for massages, in short, take care of your body as a whole. It is exactly the same with the face, but of course we are talking about a smaller area.

Facial muscles are divided into two basic groups. Sleeping muscles need to be strengthened, and overworked ones need to be touched and relaxed. According to the lecturer, a proper massage, including a deep one, can benefit the face in a similar way to the intervention of a plastic surgeon. “These are called sculpting massages, but unlike surgery, you don’t have to make an incision on the skin, it can also change the face,” he explains.

But he does not condemn plastic surgery as such. “Of course, there are situations when even exercise does not help. For example, when a person weighs 220 kilograms and drops to 80, the skin that remains after losing weight does not disappear, ” admitted the actress. “However, when you perform interventions on the face, it is important to understand that surgical intervention is an additional brute load for the muscles. At the same time, the intervention does not eliminate the given problem, but only increases it. to work and atrophy.

The exercises that Marta Drímal Ondráčková uses to achieve similar effects are not complicated at all. The name and the exercise itself may make many laugh, but the results are important. “Among the exercises I don’t allow myself is, for example, ‘farting’ on the lips,” explained the YouTuber. “It works well to relieve spasms and tension in the muscles,” she said. “The same goes for opening the mouth, which strengthens the lower palate,” continues Drímal Ondráčková , saying that it is a simple and uncomplicated exercise that can be performed practically at any time.

However, it is important not to forget the rest of the body when you exercise. “Body position is very important.
