“There is still another player, Talia Grossman, who we are waiting to hear from. The player in the goalie position is currently recovering from a hip injury,” Vivin said in Jakarta Saturday (21/9).

Then for Nikita Tromp, Vivin said that Mochizuki had directly watched the relevant player in the Netherlands. PSSI plans to call Tromp to the training camp.

“[Nikita Tromp] “It’s fine, but we need another chance to train together so he can join,” he said.

Soon, PSSI will send the Indonesian Women’s National Team to a training camp (TC) abroad, including a test match against the Dutch women’s national team.

The countries to be visited in the TC series for the Indonesian Women’s National Team are Japan, the Netherlands and Jordan. In these three locations, the Garuda Pertiwi team will undergo intensive training and friendly matches starting on 24 September.

“They will leave for Japan on September 24 for TC there. 28 players are joining, including diaspora players,” said Vivin.

While in the land of Sakura, following Vivin, the players face seven test matches against local teams. One of the confirmed opponents is Urawa Reds.

After leaving Japan, the group will fly to the Netherlands. In the land of windmills, the Indonesian Women’s National Team will play against the Netherlands Women’s National Team which is scheduled to take place on October 25.

“They were in Japan until October 21, so almost a month. After that they left for the Netherlands. The Dutch Federation invited a FIFA Matchday friendly game against the Dutch national team,” Vivian said.

The series of training camps and trials abroad is part of the preparations for the AFF Women’s Cup which is scheduled to be held in Laos from November 23rd to December 5th.
