The Child Protection Center (BAC) has signed a contract with the technology company SIA “Tet” for 22,288 euros to improve the hotline, according to the decision of the IUB.
The contract ended on September 9, and its performance period is two years.
According to the information provided by IUB, the contract for a unified system of the line was created by introducing a unified online communication tool or communication center, which will be maintained throughout the life of the contract.
Also, the contractual obligations provide for the operation of hotlines 116111 and 8000 6008.
At the same time, customers of the “Tet” hotline will be given the opportunity to start a written conversation online by creating a “chat button” function on the social platform “Facebook” and other platforms that request BAC according to technical abilities.
