A night with a legend called Champions promises a lot of fun, motivation and positive emotions. “I would like us to present our legends and show how good we can be here in our republic. Considering how small a country we are, we have a lot of athletes who were able to succeed in the world,” said the legendary hockey player Jaromír Jágr.
It was he who decided to combine the stories of the greatest athletes who will be exclusive guests of this spectacular event and tell their stories that got them to the very top. “I think it’s very important to be tough on yourself,” said Pavel Nedvěd, winner of the Golden Ball and long-time captain of our national football team, in an engaging teaser.
Jiří Procházka will also take part in the event as a special guest. “My career path has given me almost everything in my life,” explains the fighter who became the first ever Czech world champion in the world’s best MMA league, the UFC.
However, according to the organizers, these names are not the complete list of champions on the podium. “We will definitely announce more champions. It will be like that in the future,” revealed the promoter of the Night with the Legend Petr Větrovský from VDN Promo. Seeing these three together is a huge draw for fans, and tickets that are on sale right now are going fast.
“There is only one Jarda Jágr and he has always been the best of the best,” explained Pavel Nedvěd, why he accepted the invitation from Jaromír Jágr.
The event takes place on 18 December 2024 at O2 Univers and tickets are on sale at Ticketportal.
