/ world today news/ The future of young people is one of our main priorities. This was stated last night by Iliyana Yotova, candidate for vice president, nominated by the IC and supported by the BSP, in front of the crowded halls in Mezdra and Vratsa, the BSP reported.
“In this poor region, unemployment is huge. And we must provide a future and a livelihood for the youth. Tsetska Tsacheva explains how you need to be educated enough to attract business to invest in the Northwest! This is insulting! Young people are sufficiently educated, but they are simply not there. They are fleeing abroad because they cannot find work here,” noted Iliana Yotova. “You wrote strategies for them, you made programs with European money. Now you remember to turn to the young people – but they are gone, they fled abroad”, added the candidate for vice president.
According to her, GERB had enough time to take care of the nation’s color, but it did not happen. Moreover, they continue with their harmful policy towards young people. “Recently, they passed the law on education, which, however, does not ensure an equal start for everyone. Children whose parents have money will study. Those who don’t have it may be talented, but they won’t have the opportunity to get an education,” Yotova said categorically. She criticized the rulers for allowing first-year students to go to school without primers this year.
“When we win the elections, we with Gen. Rumen Radev, we will start with policies for young people. Because if measures are not taken, the regions will become even more depopulated. By 2050, the population of Bulgaria will be only five million. If there are no young people to work, where will pensions and social insurance be paid from, who will produce?” asked the candidate for vice president.
She urged the people of Mezdra and Vratsa to vote. “We were crushed and pressed for so long! But we have one thing left – the right to choose! We will not let it be taken away from us. Let’s rise as one against GERB who want to buy our vote. And let’s not allow them”, concluded Iliana Yotova.
