Al-Marsad Newspaper: A new Chinese study has proven that drinking two to three cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, or type 2 diabetes.
“Our findings show that moderate consumption of coffee or caffeine may have long-term benefits. Drinking three cups a day may help reduce the risk of many diseases cardiac and metabolic,” said Dr. Zhaofu Qi. According to The Sun newspaper.
