Berlin – Back in May, Yvonne Woelke (42) proudly announced that she had bought a 65-square-meter apartment on Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm. However, the complete renovation of the actress’s new home now seems to be her downfall. Since the bank is no longer playing along, Peter Klein (57) has to step in – after all, he is also supposed to use the apartment.

The appliance breaks, 4,000 euros,” Yvonne says. “Yes, and now all the money that was supposed to be put into the apartment is just gone.” According to Yvonne, “around 50,000 to 60,000 euros” had been budgeted for the major renovation. However, she can no longer manage the renovation work on her own. “I really calculated very tightly with the loan,” Yvonne admits. “I made a mistake.”

In May, the love rumors were fueled again when Yvonne Woelke revealed the reason for buying the apartment. “For Peter and me!”, the singer had said in an interview with BILDnewspaper. “Whenever he is in Germany, he can stay here. We are now starting a shared flat.” However, the singer asserts in an interview with RTLthat he “of course won’t pay rent”.
