The message from the Angolan Head of State was delivered to President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, in the presence of the director of Africa, the Middle East and Regional Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Jorge Cardoso, and the Angolan ambassador to the DRC, Miguel Costa, among groups another.
