After twelve years of waiting, the building is now listed on US real estate platforms as ‘under contract’. The sale price is not yet known.

Jordan built this building during his time with the Chicago Bulls. The mansion has nine bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, a miniature golf course, a basketball court, a swimming pool and a fourteen-car garage, according to real estate platform Redfin.com.
