Mayor Marco Bonilla attended the announcement as a guest of honor, and as a fan of the team. In his message, he recognized the work that its founders have done for four years to position their hats since their creation, innovation and social commitment, because from now on every player and fan will wear a hat made in Chihuahua.
“Samuel, Ricardo and Adrian, founders of this company, positioned their brand with one of the most famous teams in the sports league. I am not saying it is the best team, but the Cowboys are the most valuable franchise in the world.”Bonilla stressed.
For his part, Ricardo Nevárez, founder and partner of Prohats, explained that his hats are exported to 12 countries, having more than 150 distributors worldwide and being nominated in the top three for best hat in the world by Western Horseman magazine.
Now for the first time in the history of the sports franchise, the hat is the official hat of the Dallas Cowboys, fulfilling the dream of a group of passionate dreamers to represent Chihuahua, its cowboy culture and rodeo.
The founding partners, Adrián Ferreiro and Samuel Rodríguez, as well as the director of Economic Development and Competitiveness, Jesús Jordán Orozco, were present at the event.
It is worth mentioning that the Dallas Cowboys are one of the NFL franchises with the largest number of fans in the entire country and have won 5 Super Bowls in their history.
