Saikkonen has many reasons to smile.
– I feel good! I graduated as a professional pilot on Friday. I have two and a half years of studies behind me. At the same time, I became an instructor for professional pilots. This is the dream of a little boy born on the extension of the Pori runway. When I was four, I said I was going to be a professional pilot.

Although his childhood dream came true, Saikkonen has not celebrated his achievement.
– I have a lot of friends who have been supportive. We are meant to celebrate, but one night is not enough.
Saikkonen had a serious plane accident in September 2022, but the accident is not on his mind when flying.
– In terms of life, it was exciting… There were memories that you didn’t know you would always remember from childhood.
Saikkonen knows that dance has been a big help in rehabilitating both physically and mentally.
– Dance saved me. I am in better shape now than before the accident.
Although Saikkonen is now a professional pilot, he is not leaving dance. Saikkonen Ter – Miner -the show will run for a while, the next work is planned for next year.
