The musical programming of the Ibero-American Forum once again stands out among the summer cultural offerings of the province

The Ibero-American Forum of La Rábida, managed by the Provincial Council of Huelva, has once again become the epicentre of live music during the summer months, standing out for the quality and variety of the six shows scheduled by the Department of Culture of the provincial institution for the summer of 2024.

With an offering that has managed to combine shows of a more modern and commercial nature with proposals of a high artistic level, this series of concerts has managed to differentiate itself from other musical events in the province of Huelva, offering a line-up that has been very well received by the public in practically all of its performances.

One of the great successes of this edition has been the presence of local artists with a notable international projection. Among them, it is worth highlighting the performance of the Liceo Symphony of Moguer, which offered a spectacular tribute to the emblematic British band Queen, and the collaboration of the acclaimed singer from Huelva, Arcángel. These shows not only underlined the talent of artists from the province, but also contributed to giving the event a unique and distinctive character.

In terms of attendance, the God Save the Queen Symphonic Concert stands out as the most successful of the season, almost completely filling up. Artists such as Miguel Poveda, with his ‘Poema del Cante Jondo’ tour, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Loquillo, Arcángel and María Peláe, with her ‘Al Baño María’ concert, also received an excellent response from the public, confirming the appeal of their musical proposals on this emblematic stage.

In conclusion, the balance of the concerts at the Ibero-American Forum of La Rábida is very satisfactory at all levels, consolidating the venue as one of the key points for live music in the province and reaffirming the commitment of the Provincial Council of Huelva to artistic excellence and accessibility to top-level shows for all audiences.
