We are the No. 1 passenger moving company and we are looking for the best talent for the position of MARKETING COORDINATOR, who can perform the following tasks:

Lead the design of creative and 360 communication campaigns for B2C and B2B clients.
Analyze, together with the data analytics team, the social, political and economic context, market studies, customer and competition content, and create strategic briefs.
Generate information through on-site research, in-depth interviews and user experience in the field.
Identify actionable insights that match customer goals.
Participate in the development of the creative concept of the campaigns.
Lead the 360 ​​communication strategy for the company
Ensure that communication activities are in line with the agreed strategy.
Work with other teams in the organization.
Prepare presentations for leaders and managers on the communication strategies developed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Training: Professional in Communication Sciences, Advertising, Marketing with experience in the execution of communication campaigns.
At least 3 years of experience in executing and overseeing campaigns and day-to-day work with creative agencies and suppliers.
Advanced experience in Creative, advertising, writing, content development and MKT.
Knowledge of digital KPIs.
Experience in the analysis and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data, using tools for analysis.
Experience hunting trends and adapting to cyclical changes.
Coordination of all contracts related to Branding, communication and media in the marketing area.
Recommends new initiatives and projects to management and collaborates to resolve outstanding requirements.
Management of multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to monitor the implementation of strategic plans and manage projects with specific schedules and resources.
Mastery of social networks, trends, digital formats and web process design.
Strategic and creative thinking to propose solutions and challenge narratives.
Computer skills: social networks, office.
Languages: English intermediate / advanced.
