The rapper, who has had numerous hit songs, does not rely on his income just to be successful with music. He says that making songs successful is not as easy as people might assume.

According to the rapper, the biggest source of income in the field of music comes from gigging, not so much from song streams.

– Sure, there are tons of income and royalties from Teosto, but yes, the biggest stream of income is from gigs. But it (gigging) depends on the songs. If you can make songs successful, then there will also be more gig requests, he elaborates.

Splurging, but still a smart use of money

It is often typical for rappers to show how successful they are with external factors. Uniikki has also adopted that lifestyle

– He himself wanted to show it and buy nice things. And I think that’s fine. I also have a sports car and a Rolex watch in my hand, but it’s not extravagant for me.

In addition to external factors, the rapper spends a lot of money on eating out. He also admits that he likes nice and luxurious hotels when he travels.

– There will be a lot of traveling. However, I think you get value for money from them, because you get nice experiences from them.

Even if the rapper doesn’t follow price tags terribly, he knows how to manage his finances. He has many different sources of income and does not rely only on the music business.

– In a way, nothing turns out to be super much, but then all those small areas come together in such a way that you do really well, he reveals.

In addition to business activities, the rapper invests his assets. The largest assets are managed by a professional portfolio manager, but the smaller portfolios are in the rapper’s own hands.

– I think it’s just smart if you’ve been able to save and get your finances in order, so that you can have something great and big. And, for example, owning and investing in a condominium is smart.

A surprising collaboration
