The famous Mexican YouTuber was brought to justice for recording a video inside the subway facilities.
There is no doubt that the YouTuber, Luis Arturo Villar Sudek, better known as Luisito Comunica, is a magnet for problems with the authorities, not only in Mexico, but in various parts of the world. Let us remember that, in mid-2021, he publicly denounced that a police officer at the Mexico International Airport was trying to extort him by trying to fine him 18 thousand pesos for “using his cell phone.”

Of course, the presence of military and police was not long in coming and they arrested the influencer under the argument that the law prohibits taking video or photos of government buildings or military or police personnel. To avoid spending time behind bars, Luisito had to delete any image that violated the regulations of that African country.

After so many run-ins with the authorities of various countries, including Mexico, it would seem that Luisito Comunica should already know a little more about the laws of the countries he visits or intends to visit. However, it seems that this is not the case.
Now, during his visit to the Dominican Republic, the Mexican YouTuber was arrested by local authorities. The reason: taking pictures or videos inside the subway. The “Users Manual of the Metro and Cable Car Services of Santo Domingo” specifies in one of its points that it is prohibited to take photos or record audio or video, for personal purposes, of the facilities of said public transportation systems, unless there is prior authorization from the authorities, which must be shown to the person or authority of the subway that requests it.
