Delivery

We will send the shipment as soon as all items are available in stock. Items marked as “available for immediate delivery” are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If not all items are in stock, we will wait up to four weeks for the missing items to arrive. After the four weeks have passed, we will send the items that are available; items that are not included must then be reordered.

Transport damage

Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package from the delivery person. If necessary, open it in the presence of the delivery person. Please do not accept a shipment that is torn open or obviously opened, as otherwise you have tacitly confirmed that you received it in perfect condition (if in doubt, make a note of the delivery person’s name).
