The second edition of ‘Cartagena sounds… on the balconies’ will take place on October 5

The second edition of ‘Sounds of Cartagena … on the balconies’ festival fill the historic center of the port city with music next Saturday, October 5, when four musical events will be held that will take place acoustically: Claudia Vergotti, Tremendo Road, the Celtic Seas and Sin Trugua.

“Some of our city’s most iconic balconies will once again host performances of pop, rock, Celtic music and signature songs within this programme, which is for the second year running organized by singer and journalist Lydia Martín. Claudia Vergotti, Tremendo Road, Celtic Seas and Sin Tregua offer their music to the public from a very original level, with a different perspective at street level,” said the manager. Representative Councilor for Culture at the Cartagena City Council, Nacho Jáudenes.

At 12:00 pm the programming starts with the concert, from one of the balconies in the Town Hall, by the Italian singer, who has lived in Cartagena for almost ten years, Claudia Vergotti. At 1:00 pm, the music moves to the balcony Ana Laiz Advisors by hand Tremendo Roaddog Nils Martinz in front.

The evening’s two musical events will take place on the balcony Captain. At 7:00 pm it will be last The Celtic Sea will openthe Celtic and folk music group led by Esperanza Lamet, and at 8:00 pm, the pop-rock group There is no restdirected by Leo Fernandez.

All performances will be indoor acoustic form and they will have a duration 40 minutes. It is the work of both the festival poster and the tarps to help identify the balconies that form the stage designer Carmen Saura.
