The Home Hotel opened in Zurich in early September 2024. The former paper factory brings the playfulness of the Dada movement back to life. From the guest rooms to the lobby, lounge and neo-bistro to collaborations with the local creative community, everything is reminiscent of the spirit of the innovative Dadaists.
The building’s historic features are showcased with warm tones, artistic textures and bespoke statement furniture. Surrounded by a few pillars is the Home Bar & Lounge – a glass brick structure, a lava stone bar counter and a mix of ceramic and concrete tiles inspired by the materials of the façade. The reception is also a real eye-catcher with a combination of stone, wood, ceramic tiles, glass bricks and plants.
The 132 guest rooms – 32 of which have fully equipped kitchens and six suites – evoke a sense of cheerfulness and curiosity and are decorated in a warm color palette with earth tones. Accent colors provide colorful surprises throughout the hotel.
On the ground floor, the LouLou French Grill & Raw Bar Zurich restaurant combines the culinary tradition of France with global influences, using regional ingredients from France and Switzerland.
